ALASKA’S MANAGEMENT SERVICE PACKAGES CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS:

1.)  CONSULTING AGREEMENTS:

Instead of outsourcing your Environmental Services/Housekeeping and/or Laundry Employees, our Management Team will be pleased to work with your “in-house” existing management team. We will propose solutions to your problems, and introduce new, suggested methods and procedures, wherever needed. We would reorganize our Environmental Services/Housekeeping and/or Laundry Department(s), in an efficient, productive manner, while achieving efficiencies and financial savings. 

2.)  MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENTS:

Alaska Services, Inc. would provide the Director of Environmental Services, as well as all Managers, Supervisors, and Clerical Staff.

The Alaska Services, Inc. Regional Managers and Area Managers also provide frequent supplemental support and training at the facility, on a periodic basis.

The Environmental Services employees remain on the Hospital/Nursing Home payroll.
The Environmental Services Management, Supervision, and Clerical Staff, are Alaska employees.

3.)  STAFF AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENTS:

Alaska would provide not only the Management but also the Environmental Services/Housekeeping and/or Laundry employees for the facility.

We will do a proficient, detail oriented job, for whichever Management Services Package, you choose to use.
